Five steps from sign-up to being found.
- 01Sign up as an agencySign in with Google, so there is no password. Each account is one side (investing, founder or agency), chosen when you first sign up, and an agency account holds one agency.
- 02Set up your agencyOne form in three parts: who you are, your expertise and what you do. Pick up to three kinds of help, add your website, city and team size, and set the minimum you charge, per project, per hour or per month. It saves as you type, and your business card shows what founders will see.
- 03Ask for reviewSend your profile to the team. A person checks it, then approves your agency or asks for changes with a note on what to fix. No review time is promised, and you can withdraw it until the team starts.
- 04Pay for your planYour plan follows the size the team confirms, from $39 to $199 a month. You pay for it in Billing once you are approved, and founders see your listing once it is paid.
- 05Be found by foundersYour agency appears in the Business Centre under each kind of help you offer. Founders ask you for a quote, and you answer the briefs they share that match your expertise.
Checked by a person. Before any founder sees you.
Send your profile when it’s ready. A person on the team checks it, then approves your agency or asks for changes with a note on what to fix.

Your business card, and the page behind it.
Founders see only agencies the team has approved, whose plan is paid and that are not paused.
An example agency. In Olnest the card turns over when a founder presses it.
Two ways in. The founder starts both.
A founder asks you for a quote, or shares a brief you can answer.
- NEED
- Packaging for an at-home test kit
- BUDGET
- $5,000 – $8,000
- START
- Within a month
- LISTING
- Brand identity
A founder asks you for a quote from your page. You see their name and their startup’s profile, what they need, their budget, when they want to start and the listing they chose.
- NEED
- A brand identity before launch
- STAGE
- Pre-seed
- CITY
- Cambridge
- OPEN
- Up to 90 days
A founder sends a brief to the team and chooses to show it to approved agencies. If it is in one of your kinds of help, you see what they need, their stage and their city, not their name. It stays open for up to 90 days.
Quote it once. The price holds.
Line items, one discount (your startup discount or one of your offers), a deposit and milestones if you want them, and a date it is valid until: 7, 14 or 30 days. Preview it as the founder will read it before you send.
Every quote carries this line: “Agencies pay Olnest a referral fee on every quote a new client accepts in their first 24 months. It doesn’t change this price.” Founders never see the rate or the amount.
The money is paid to you.
How a founder pays is agreed between you, and Olnest never holds it.
- 01The founder pays
- 02The referral fee, if one is due

Proof the team checks. Reviews only clients write.
Add case studies, portfolio pieces, previous clients, results and certifications. Each one carries a label, and Olnest sets it, not you. A case study names a client only with that startup’s consent.
- Confirmed in Olnest
- The founder confirmed the project and the team checked a document showing it happened. It says the project happened, not how good the work was.
- Checked by the team
- The team checked a document about it: a signed scope, an invoice with the amounts hidden, or a client letter.
- The agency’s own account
- Shown as you wrote it. Founders read it as your own account.
Rewrite a checked claim and its label comes off until a new document is checked.
- WHO
- Only founders you worked with. For a project, reviews open once the founder confirms it is done and the team has checked a document about it. A payment never opens one.
- WHAT
- One per project: 1 to 5 stars and up to 500 characters, with the founder’s name only if they choose to show it. Its stars and words never change.
- YOU CAN
- Reply once to each review, pin up to three as testimonials, and report one to the team.
Run the work where it arrives.

Priced by your size. Paid once you’re approved.
Prices in US dollars, paid monthly and a month ahead. You choose nothing at setup: your plan follows the size the team confirms, and you pay for it once you are approved.
What you pay Olnest when a founder who found you here becomes your client.
No plan buys approval, and none moves you up the Business Centre. Cohort pricing for the first agencies is on the founding cohort page.
Advertising, if you want it.
Optional, once you are approved and your plan is paid. The team checks every campaign before it runs.
You pay a flat price for each day at least three different founders saw the campaign, never per click, billed on the 1st for the month before. Always marked Sponsored. Your rating and your labels look exactly as they do without a campaign.
No, and there is no free trial. Setting up and the review cost nothing; you pay for a plan only once the team approves you.
No time is promised. The team approves your agency, or asks for changes with a note on what to fix.
No. Founders write first: a quote request, an accepted proposal or quote, or a project opens the conversation.
No. A quote is an agreement between you and the startup. Olnest is not a party to it and does not vouch for the work.
Yes. Your name, at least one kind of help, a short description, your website, city, country, team size and minimum charge are needed to ask for review. Your logo, industries and services can wait.
Each account is one side, chosen when you first sign up. Write to the team if you need it changed.
